At Rajkamal Dresses, we want you to love your shopping experience with us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our easy return and refund policy.

Returns

• Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
  
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  
• The item must be returned with its original packaging, tags, and bill/invoice.
  
• Certain items such as customized products, clearance sale items, or innerwear are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
  

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment (Bank/UPI/Wallet).
  
• Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  

Exchange

• We offer size exchanges on select products, subject to availability.
  
• If the desired size is not available, a refund or store credit will be issued as per your preference.
  

Damaged or Wrong Product

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
  
• We will arrange a free replacement or full refund in such cases.
